Maksymiljan Mordekhai Dzialoszynski was the son of the Łódź merchant Abram or Avraham and the housewife Roza or Shoshana Dzialoszynski. He was enrolled at the University for World Trade for six semesters between the winter semester 1935/36 and the summer semester 1938. During his studies, he lived at Liechtensteinstraße 130 (9th district of Vienna). Although he was one of the few Jewish students who were allowed to take the First (general) examination and - with very good success - parts of the diploma examination in the summer semester 1938, there is no record in the preserved documents of the issuance of a diploma certificate.

After returning to Poland, Dzialoszynski settled in his birthplace Łódź as a dealer. Here he was caught by the National Socialists after the German invasion of Poland. During World War II, he was imprisoned in the notorious ghetto of Łódź along with his parents. He was murdered at an unknown time in this ghetto. Thus, he did not survive the war and the Holocaust. His parents were also presumably victims of the Shoah in 1942.
