Stanislaw Goldberg was the son of Moszek Goldberg. He was enrolled at the University for World Trade in the winter semester of 1937/38 and the summer semester of 1938. He was one of the few Jewish students who were still allowed to participate in exams after the 'Anschluss' of Austria: On June 14, 1938, he took one of the exams as part of the first (general) examination, and on the same day, he was deregistered from the university. He received a departure certificate. On June 24, 1938, he deregistered his apartment at Währingerstraße 50/2/2/26 and returned to Warsaw. After that, his trail disappears.
