Kac was enrolled at the University for World Trade between the winter semester 1935/36 and the summer semester 1937. He took his last exam at the end of February 1937. Already the winter semester 1937/38 was not credited to him. On May 25, 1938, the Jewish student was deregistered from the university without having the opportunity to take further exams; his written works were discarded. He received a departure certificate. One day after his exmatriculation, he left his apartment at Währingerstraße 50/2/1/23 (9th district of Vienna) and returned to Tschenstochau.

Kac survived the Holocaust and World War II.
