Ladislaus Grosz was the son of Andor Grosz (engineer). He was enrolled at the University for World Trade for four semesters between the winter semester 1936/38 and the summer semester 1938. It is unlikely that the Jewish student was able to participate in studies or examinations during the summer semester. His last exam, the first (general) examination, was taken in February 1938, but the issuance of a certificate is not documented. He left his apartment at Weimarerstraße 7/22 (18th district of Vienna), which he had shared with Lajos Reich, on March 13, 1938, for an unknown destination. His further path in life is unknown.
